SIAM Logo Puzzle: the 70 all-different tiles

Here's a schematic of the 70 permutations of four kinds of edge — tall and wide triangle (golden ratio), circle, blank. These may be rotated but not flipped, and are joined only by their matching edges. They can serve for many other intricate designs besides the SIAM logo.
