Game inventor:Dwayne Mears
COLORMAZE is the result of a college assignment given in an architectural design class. The assignment was to design a board game that required players to physically manipulate game pieces in space.

Dwayne went on to receive degrees in City & Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His game design went on to become one of Kadon's most venerable and versatile family games and still going strong.

Currently Dwayne is Principal of PlaceWorks (formerly the Planning Center, founded in 1975), a planning, design, environmental and government services consulting firm with offices throughout California.

You can find out more about the firm by visiting their website at PlaceWorks.
