Game inventor:Dwayne Mears
COLORMAZE is the result of a college assignment given in an architectural design class. The assignment was to design a board game that required players to physically manipulate game pieces in space.

Dwayne went on to receive degrees in City & Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His game design went on to become one of Kadon's most venerable and versatile family games and still going strong.

Dwayne is currently the Chief Executive Officer of The Planning Center, a land planning, environmental and government services consulting firm located in Southern California. He is also in charge of environmental planning services for the firm.

You can find out more about the firm by visiting the firm's web site at The Planning Center and a new site focusing on school facility planning in California, School Planning.
